Terms and Conditions for MediCare Social Media Competitions/Giveaways

- The Prize Draw will run at the discretion of company.
- Entry is only valid from and between those dates as identified on the post.
- Competition entries are to be collected and submitted through the relevant platfrom only.
-Entrants must follow the directions as stated in the social media post to compete a valid entry into the competition.
- Must reside in Northern Ireland and be able to collect your prize to enter
- The winner will be selected at random by an independent party.
- The winner will be announced on the specific social media platform in which the competiton was announced.
- The winner will be contacted via the specific social media platform in which the competiton was announced.
- The winner must respond within 24hrs to say they accept the prize. If the prize is not claimed within the time limit an alternate prize winner will be selected from the all eligible entries.
- Entrants permit MediCare Pharmacy Group the right to use and publish their proper name, online and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the giveaway.
- Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for CastleCourt and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
- Entrants must be 16 years old or over
- Members of MediCare Pharmacy Group staff, their families and retailers are not permitted to enter the competition.
-The Terms and Conditions outlined must be adhered to in all circumstances.
