General information
I am a professional chef that takes pride and joy in creating cakes to individual preferences to round off any special occasion.
I completed a ‘Cake Decorating Course’ while studying to be a chef and have worked in professional kitchens for nine years. Over the past two years I have taken great pleasure in creating cakes for close friends and family in my spare time. From Birthday cakes to Wedding cakes it has been wonderful to see their appreciation towards my work. Whilst creating cakes, I have studied towards an advanced decorating course to enhance my existing skills. My speciality is sugar craft, creating flowers and figures for speciality cakes.
I would love to assist in making your next occasion extra special by baking you the perfect cake, whether it’s a three tier Wedding Cake, a plain Victoria Sponge or anything in between.
