DB Shoes was founded in 1920 in Northamptonshire, the centre of British shoe manufacturing by identical twins Jack and Bill Denton after returning from the 1st World War.
During the 1970’s the Company was at the forefront of manufacturing technology and is indeed the longest established polyurethane injection moulding factory in the world.
Today, under the leadership of Charles and David Denton, who are also identical twins, the company specialises in producing a comprehensive range of stylish, wide fitting shoes for ladies and gentleman in up to 7 width fittings ensuring “the perfect fit for wider feet”.
No other company offers such choice of style and colour for the wider foot.
We are proud of our English heritage and continue to design all our styles in the UK and produce a number of them in our own factory in Rushden, Northamptonshire.
