I Love Cake Decorating

General information

Our aim is to create( bake, design and decorate) bespoke celebrations cake and unique handmade edible decorations. All our sugarcraft projects are made using top quality ingredients.
We offer a large variety of cake flavours (vanilla, chocolate, carrot, red velvet, caramel, lemon, strawberry, coffee and walnuts, coconut, rich fruit, etc) and also free from products (egg and gluten_free).
We also sell cake decorating tools and equipment, ready-made decorations and edible photo printing, through our walk- in or online shop.
Our Academy of cake decorating runs various courses, either group classes and private tuition, for all levels students: beginners to advanced.
Our schedule includes baking and cake decorating classes, PME diploma courses and master certificates courses, Wilton method courses, Patchwork cutters classes. We also do teach speciality classes where you can learn to work with chocolate, figurine modelling, painting on sugar, hot sugar and Isomalt, airbrushing, working with edible paper.
Our sugarcraft school has classrooms fully equipped so the students can enjoy every minute of the lesson. All teachers are qualified /approved, with vast experience in the baking and cake decorating field.
