Unison Inverclyde Branch
We provide a service to over 2400 members across a number of public sector employers in Inverclyde and elsewhere in Scotland. Our membership continues to grow, with members working for Inverclyde Council, River Clyde Homes, West College Scotland, Ayrshire College, Quarriers, Inverclyde Leisure and other voluntary and private sector employers.
Our key role is to negotiate for better pay and conditions and assist members with their problems including representation at disciplinary & grievance hearings, absence management meetings and other issues which affect members jobs. Branch members have access to a local network of Branch Officers, Stewards, Contacts and Health & Safety Representatives, with full time professional support, legal services, fringe benefits and part of the UK’s largest union.
